Re: a small gift that keeps on giving

I have all of my sons school days writings and" artworks" as he called them.I love to look at them from time to time....I find those memories happy and a little sad too.I remember one artwork that was particularly uninteresting scribbles that I decided not to keep and my son was ever so offended so it is in the collection too.

My son sent me a picture , yesterday, or a childs watch *Santa * brought him for Christmas.

He was five ,and in first grade.  I  had forgotten  all about it.  I will confess, the fact her remembered it, and  searched  online for a picture of it , touched me deeply.

What has touched you recently?

Very nice story. I am touched that my wife recently took another boxer to another state to his "forever home".
