a ?? about "bones" for those that watch ...............

what happened to boothe's girlfriend - the reporter? i was catching some reruns over the weekend and i know that he and bones are going to have a baby but he was just sooooo in love with that girl. since they changed it i keep forgetting the new night and time it comes on and i have missed quite a few episodes since last season. are he and bones in a relationship?
