My son was working Target customer service when a woman wanted to return a centerpiece. It was a generic candle holder for 2 candles with faux evergreens entwined in a box. He couldn't find barcode, name or description that matched in computer. Well the customer's mouth just went off as did her attitude. Nothing but verbal abuse for Target, my son, the store as he walked her up and down aisles looking for the item. Finally back at CS counter he was examining the box again and in tiny print it said made for Walmart. She grabbed the box, said "well" and stormed out. Never an apology. For you working returns today, Good Luck.
