Zappos.com Customers Should Remain Wary Of Identity Theft

This is very scary to me. I phoned Zappos today and was told they were "operational" now and the FBI is on the case. He said "operational" when I asked if it would be safe with the new passwored but I could go on their blog. I don't think so.
