I just started watching the Friends reunion and at the very beginning was part of a song that was so familiar to me, but I hadn't heard it in a very long time.  So, off to google land I went.

The song, which I love, but had forgotten, is Embryonic Journey by Jefferson Airplane.  From the 1967 album Surrealistic Pillow. It's such a good album. I have more than one song downloaded.

And that album, if maybe or maybe not my first, was very close to first. I was 11.

I just added Embryonic Journey to my iTunes library.

What was your first album?

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Still have mine too. Remember Ed Sullivan Show, then everyone had to have the album.

A beautiful, beautiful song.

Have this album too....Another favorite on that album, "Comin' Back to Me."

I would listen to it just to cry!

@Shelbelle - ok, so maybe Surrealistic Pillow wasn't my first.  I had Meet the Beatles, LOL.

I didn't have many. I had more cassette tapes from the 80's into 90's.

One album I still have is Bryan Adams. Hate to part with it even though

I can't play it.
