Re: Your favorite childhood cartoons

Could it have been Casper the Friendly Ghost?

I often only recall a cartoon with a cute jingle theme song.

It was the jingle song that I often recall.  Not necessarily the cartoon itself.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

As a 3-5 year old, I was crazy about the newspaper cartoon "Nancy".  Dad read it to me every day.  I named my first good doll Nancy.

Re: Your favorite childhood cartoons

My Dad and I had a routine. Friday evening we went grocery shopping. In addition to Mom's list we would buy root beer and vanilla ice cream. When we got home we would make root beer floats and my Dad would pop popcorn. And we watched the Flintstones.

Flintstones

Jetsons

Rocky and Bullwinkle

There used to be a Dudley Do-Right Emporium. It was in Hollywood CA. At the time I was on the east coast. I bought numerous items from them. And called a few times. I talked to Tiffany Ward several times. She was an absolute delight. So many of the items were unique and I am glad I got to buy them before the emporium closed.

PS - I worked for Disney for 6+ years, so I enjoy the older Disney cartoons too.
