Re: Your best peronality trait

My best quality is that I'm perfectly okay with my life and with being myself.

I'm compassionate and fight for the underdog and I enjoy laughing

Wait, you said trait, singular.  Obviously my best trait isn't following directions. Lol

Re: Your best peronality trait

I have a self deprecating sense of humor and almost always have a smile on my face (which has sometimes gotten into trouble).

Good listener.

Empathy.

Sense of humor.

Not all of them displayed in every situation or all of the time.

Re: Your best peronality trait

[ Edited ]

I have said this before here---in person, my good trait is that  I am a great listener. I love hearing what other people think and say, and I am not quick to judgement. I like to hear and support. A grateful friend told me once, "I can't shock you, can I?" (This person didn't grow up in my huge extended family, which could have furnished forth probably half-a-dozen reality shows.  Probably every family could, though.  People are people.)

I read here much more often than I post, but I give a lot of hearts because I do take in what people are thinking and going through at any given moment. I like to give hearts to posts where the poster might be someone I sometimes don't agree with.  That's wonderful, to feel a moment of sympathetic contact.

Yet if Ihave something worrisome myself, II am too independent and also too superstitious to post. I mention problems only when they are resolved.  Peasant caution--thousands of years of bear-it-and-get-through-it.  Both my parents had that--

Re: Your best peronality trait

I guess I would say being an empathetic person.

I think that trait is lacking way too much these days.

Calm in a crisis.  Healthy sense of humor.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

Re: Your best peronality trait

I am a true person.  I do what I say I will, say what I mean and call it as I see it.

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.
