WesternPa. snow and ice and going down to 3 degrees tonight unless those weather guys changed their forecast again. I will be glad to hear the mower going and smell fresh cut grass.

South central PA.. 11 MORE inches of snow (and they were calling for 3 to 6), and its going to 4 below zero tonight and breaking records again. (Sick of it).

Everything was closed here BUT of course my husband had to work. When my husband got out of work no one plowed the main road. Thankfully we have a Subaru that plowed through the snow.

On a GOOD note, Saturday Sunday and next week look to be in the 40s! A heat wave.

I hope todays snow was the END of it for this year!

Thanks everyone.....I love hearing about what part of the country you're in and the weather you're having.

Those of you in CA.....I'm jealous!!!!! One of my dreams is to visit your beautiful state and I would love to do it sooner than later. Enjoy your nice weather.

New Mexico....my DS is a truck driver and he passed thru YOUR beautiful state during one of you snow storms. He posted pics on FB and I could not believe what I was seeing. He was on his way back from CA about the end of January. He's contemplating taking a load out there soon to Twentynine Palms...where ever that is.

Florida posters? A friend of mine just posted some pics of her day. It looked GORGEOUS!

Myrtle Beach....I have a friend in Bluffton and she said it was gorgeous there too. Her quote ""Would you hate me if I told you it was 78*?

Alabama....enjoy your nice weather.

Maryland and the NE.....hunker down....hopefully spring will be here soon.

I am in southern WV, where it is cold, snowy, and many areas of the county are dealing with severe flooding from 2 days of rain that melted some of the 12 inches of snow on the ground. I do not live in an area threatened by flood waters, but many areas around me are isolated due to this flooding.

Lotus, we got around 7 inches too and I know we aren't neighbors. ${#emotions_dlg.laugh}$ Tomorrow they're predicting sun and a high of 9 degrees!! ${#emotions_dlg.scared}$ Next week, we'll be in the 50's. Go figure!

Look at the rainfall for the year. Like 4.5 inches. It is in the desert in southern California.

It was sunny, and 73 on the CA Central Coast today. We actually have cooler temps in the summer months, when the fog rolls in.

Yesterday the high was 83 lovely degrees. Then the front came through and we were in the 40s all day with wind and misty rain. Nasty!! (New Orleans area)
