Your Happy Place

Maybe a vacation spot, a room in your home, any place.   Mine is the kitchen.  I love to cook whether for family or friends.  I'm happiest there.  Not too crazy about cleaning up, but that's the price we all pay.   

 

So what's your happy place?

The ocean, or even a river.  Soul soothing.

I also love my kitchen which I remodeled about 7 years ago.  It's exactly as I want it!  I used to hate it, although I do like cooking.  

 

It was just an ugly depressing room and I wanted to get out of it as quickly as I could.   Once I leave this house, I may never have a kitchen I like as much as this one.

the ocean......during the in season and even more during the off season. during the off season i love the solitude, the sound of the waves, the quiet streets, and even the food  and service is better when you go out!

Any place but love to be at home with my cat.  I also love the sound of the ocean but I live in the midwest.  Cat Very Happy

My happy place is my family room, watching TV & my laptop on my lap. Also being by myself in the room.

Well, you know how when you go in for surgery and the anesthetist comes in and says: "We are just going to give you a little something to relax." ?
