Lately I have begun to just add water to my cereal.I like my cereal mushy.lol. I don't miss the milk at all. Sometimes i wonder if the flakes of many cereals are pre-coated with milk because I never miss it at all.
I began using liquid coffeemate.......lol but soon it became just water........

I love unsweetened almond milk. I use it on cereal and drink it but I haven't had good luck cooking with it. Biscuits made with it come out like hockey pucks

My favorite is oat milk, Oatly and Oat Yeah are my favorites. But I mainly use almond milk. I have found the Trader Joe's and Sam's Club brand are my favorites, both are 30 calories a cup and very smooth and creamy; I'd never guess they are so low calorie by the taste. And that's why I prefer it over oat milk, I'd rather eat my calories than drink them, and oat milks usually start around 90 calories per cup.
I've tried coconut milks but don't care for them at all.
ETA: Although I don't like coconut milk, the coconut yogurts are my favorite, notably Coconut Collaborative, Co-Yo, and Culina. Culina is amazing in taste and unfortunately amazing in price so I don't buy it a lot. But with all three brands, I use the plain flavors as a substitute for sour cream.
There's another brand Coco-Yo that looks similar but has a weird texture and taste, would not recommend it.

I'm another one for almond milk, @Jordan2 , as long as there is no flavoring or sweetening of any kind in it. That type is quite low in calories too-- don't quote me, but I think it has about 30 calories per cup, as opposed to about 90 for regular milk. I'd have to go back and look again, but do know that plain almond milk compares favorably.
I can't say I love it, but I like it, and it's pretty decent on cereal. I buy both almond milk and lactose-free skim milk or lactose free 1 percent milk. Then I have the option of using a combo of milk and almond milk together, usually in a 50/50 proportion. I have that, along with a melatonin supplement, as a tranquillizing drink before bed. What an exciting person I am...
I haven't used almond milk in cooking or baking-- have stuck to cow's milk for that.

Haven't tried it yet, but I'd go to Almond milk. It sits on grocery shelves.

@ceekay I may sound like a pill, I do eat the nonfat Greek yogurt, but I don't love it. I would rather put some type of milk in my cereal.

@quilter61 I actually bought this milk about two weeks ago, I bought the skim milk one, I think on WW it has one less point than some other fat free or skim milks. I bought it on sale, it is a little more expensive than some others. I once made the mistake of trying to make instant pudding with almond milk, it was an epic fail!

@Jordan2 - I am right there with you since I like my cereal to float not stick. :-)
There is a difference between plain and Greek yogurt. Just regular yogurt is not as tart as Greek. I like both, but not on cereal.

Even my husband, who does not like Lactaid, likes Fairlife and we buy a lot of that now because I can't get organic lactose free milk sometimes.
One wonderful thing about Fairlife is that you can make yogurt without heating it to 180 degrees then letting it cool--which is a pain.
You just heat it to 114, put in the starter and let it rest 8 to 10 hours.
I made it in an aluminum yogurt maker that has a 1 qt glass jar and is not electric and it worked out great. It was some of the best yogurt I've made in a 40 year history of making yogurt.
