Is there one in particular that you remember? When I was about six I had a peach colored lacy poofy dress that stands out in my mind. (I'm in my early 50's now.) And those dresses always had a crinoline underneath that was pure torment to wear. I can still remember squirming in church because it was so itchy. 
Not to mention the little white lacy gloves, white or black mary janes with lacy white socks and sometimes an "Easter Bonnet'.
