Young kids and presents....under the tree?

If you have kids, do you put their gifts under the tree before Christmas? Obviously Santa doesn't put his gifts under the tree until Christmas morning, but what about the gifts from you? I have the dilemma of not having a good hiding spot for the wrapped gifts, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to put them with the other gifts under the tree. What do you do?
