Victor will have her out and back home in the Jacuzzi before nightfall. based on the breathe test she would be out on bail, then, Avery will be called in (by Nick) and say either because of her MS or road conditions, etc. she lost control it was all an accident and she will walk. Another reason that Nicki probably took the blame she knew she would never be prosecuted, but, Neil is another matter.

Funny how Summer was all in love in one minute, then, she goes flying to the casket beating the heck out of it and screaming profanities.

I'm about to quit watching Y&R because of all the stupid writing. How would Nicki have been kept in jail when she hadn't been drinking? Where are all Victor's lawyers?

I can see cutting the writers some slack if there's been a recent transition, but only to a point and I think they've passed it. I have to agree, they might be throwing a lot of potentially interesting stuff out there, but it's coming out of left field and there's really nothing subtle about any of it. It's just one mini disaster movie after another and at some point they're going to have to rely on writing, story and characters to move the story along and I'm not sure they're up to it.

Being Catholic, I know that the person in the confessional SHOULD be a priest. I know it isn't, but why would Jack be surprised when a sound came from there? He saw Victor come out, so why wouldn't he assume a priest was in there? Odd. Also, when they showed flashbacks when Summer was thinking back to the cabin (at the funeral), she was wearing a black blouse, and at the cabin, I think she was wearing a gray/pink sweater. Not liking the Kyle story, either. Phyllis has a thumping gizzard for a heart. She doesn't have the capacity to love anyone, except herself and S*X.

I agree about Phyllis, I thought maybe they'd keep her feisty but try to redeem her a bit, but her lambasting the cold stiff Austin (assuming it is...) on behalf of her precious daughter, who I never liked but increasingly can't stand, was just beyond the pale... You'd think going through what she did would have led to some sort of sensitivity, but if anything, I think she's even more of a, uh, witch... yes, witch... than she was before.

I must say it's been a long time since a soap has me in total confusion with so many stories, tragedies, disasters.....what next! I'm trying to think of what else is missing that they haven't brought into the story.

What is with Summer's flashbacks that suddenly she realized Abby and Austin had hooked up? I admit I usually half-watch while doing something else but I was so confused. Was she remembering things from the cabin party or before that too?

Did they do a breath or blood alcohol test on Nikki?

Hyacinth...Yes they did, or they were going to. Paul ordered it. But she wasn't drinking, so she's in the clear.

Pickles...From what I gather, she was knocked out at the party from what Fen put in the punch...but she is getting bits and pieces of flashbacks from that night. Odd that if Austin and Abby were awake, that they didn't try to rouse the ones that were drugged.

OMG: Nicki goes to the hospital. She tells Chris she wasn't paying any attention to where she was walking and chris hollers "so, I'm the one responsible for me being in the hospital and my dead child !!! " (that was poor choice of words, Nicki, gotta agree with Chris on this one).

Summer still screaming at the casket. runs out of funeral home and Noah runs after her.

By the way, Newman's lawyer sprung Nicki just like I knew he would probably took quarter of a million up front and 5 min.

Billy the bobble head doll proposes to Chelsea. (gees Chelsea you got yourself a winner there)

Jack announces he will throw them a party. Adam is in shock. Victoria, is upset trying not to show it to Ben.

On Mon. Sage tells Adam she wants a divorce. Mainly because of her and Nick. Guess she figures she'll have money if she lands Nick fast and not have to wait like she would with Adam. LOL
