You've probably heard this before, but I thought it was cute

An elderly couple went to the dr because they were getting a little forgetful. The dr ran some tests and said everything was fine but writing notes would help them remember.

They went home and the husband said "I want some ice cream"

Wife said "Me too. Write it down"
Him: "I'll remember"

Wife:"I want strawberries too. Write it down"
Him: "I'll remember"

He comes back a little while later and hands her a plate of eggs and bacon

She said "Where's my toast?"

CBM: Covered by Medicare
FWB: Friend with Beta-blockers
LMDO: Laughing My Dentures Out
GGPBL: Gotta Go, Pacemaker Battery Low!

These remind me of one (or two?) told to me by an elderly gentleman.  But I can't remember much about them.

 

Maybe I should have written them down.
