I know I am bored.....

When I am asking Alexa questions on my Echo Dot  like...

Alexa,  do you have any pets?

Alexa, what color is your hair?

Alexa,  what is your favorite food?

Only ever bored when stuck on a really, really long flight.

Otherwise there is always something to do.

Funny - yes I am bored because I miss people.

So I donated blood today - 3rd time this year.  I used to give 2x a year for years and then with work and elderly parents/sick husband/being a boss I just couldn't do it.

So now that I'm retired I am missing my friends and people in general so that's what I did today

Frankly, i dont get bored anymore. Life is always in this moment. How can you get bored? Take it from someone who almost lost their life, u cherish every moment.

For me being bored does not mean you have nothing to do. Not at all. What it means is nothing you have to do is in the least bit appealing to you and you can hardly force yourself to do it. I have lots of hobby's and could clean out numerous closets etc but nah I'm not doing it. When I'm really bored I can't make myself get into anything at all.

I do love to read. I still get bored. Maybe it's a trait not everyone has.
