Yes, another holiday tipping question.

We have used the same cleaning service off and on for 10 years. It is a small family owned and staffed group. They come once a month now and either two or three come. It isn't always the same people and since I'm not here when they come, I never know which 2-3 have done the cleaning. I'd like to leave something this week for them but don't know what. I struggle with this every year and have done a variety of things and nothing at all. I'd like to settle in on WHAT to do and do it every year. What do you suggest????

Re: Yes, another holiday tipping question.

The OP knows what to tip, she's having a problem tipping the right people since she's not home while they are cleaning.

I suggest calling the service to get the names of those who have been cleaning your home, you can then send the tip to each of them individually at the service address.
