Yogi was a wonderful person. He actually gave my College commencement speech along with Bruce Willis. It was great. I graduated from Montclair State. He has his museum there along with the Baseball stadium in his name. He was a lifelong resident of Montclair and the surrounding towns. It was a normal thing to see Yogi walking on campus and holding court with a number of students.  A giant among many in his own quiet way. He will be missed.

LOL   It was a great graduation.    My husband went MANY YEARS, at night, while working.    I'm very proud of him.   

Yep, that was me cheering for him.   Yes, I was a bit loud.

Precious man you couldn't help but love and respect.  He was So proud of His game and those that loved it, too.

We named our first dog Yogi.  Dumb me thought it was for Yogi Bear ... DH named him and set me straight on why.  LOL  I agreed with his why, but I got even when I named Yogis' son ... Buster Boo Boo! 

RIP dear man!  Enjoy your game again on your new field.
