Sorry for the "teaser" title, but I couldn't figure out a shortened version.

Anyway...she just said that the Real Estate Market will NOT get back to where it was before the recession.....until......are you ready.....2025!!!

She also said that now is NOT the time to purchase a home unless, it's a GREAT deal.

And......Don't spend money to impress people that you don't know or like.
