Y & R and B & B

While I am waiting for the asphalt-driveway estimator (who is now 3 hours behind schedule) to arrive, I thought I would add to my frustration by commenting about these two shows which I have watched from Day 1. Being newly retired, I was looking forward to watching them every day. However, I guess I've been watching for too many years because I see the same story lines over and over again. They seem to drag on day after day and nothing changes. I've decided that they're a waste of my time. It was better when I was able to watch every now and then. I can't believe it, but I'm actually giving up on my soap operas. I'll go to the library and start reading again (and tune in every now and then like I used to do.)
