Y&R Marie A Bell "I had NOTHING to do with ... Plus more updates Harmony?

/></div> </div> </div> </div> <p>In case you missed the memo, former <em>The Young and the Restless</em> showrunner <a rel=Maria Arena Bell wants viewers to know she has nothing to do with how her storylines are being wrapped up. According to Soap Opera Digest, the axed EP wrote on her Facebook page:

To any Y and R viewers who read my Facebook page... I had NOTHING to do with the way they are resolving these stories. Despite my name still being on the show— which it should not be — I did not intend to have Phyllis trial end with charges being dropped or any of these other story lines now playing. I am no longer a part of this show in ANY way, folks. It's all the new guys.

Wait, she's not responsible for the way current storylines are being smartly wrapped up, but she admits to greenlighting Victor (Eric Braeden) marrying Sharon (Sharon Case), Kevin (Greg Rikaart) becoming a chipmunk bankrobber, Skye dying in a volanco, people being poisoned by crop dusters... Okay then. Just so long as we're clear on things!

* Debbi Morgan may be exiting her role of Harmony on "Y&R." Soaps.com is awaiting confirmation from reps. Stay tuned.

* From TVGUIDE: Exclusive: General Hospital Fave Ignacio Serricchio Joins Y&R.
There's a new sheriff in town. Better yet, he's a kickass cop from New York! Argentina-born heartthrob Ignacio Serricchio, best known to suds fans as psychotic mob spawn Diego Alcazar on General Hospital, is heading to The Young and the Restless where he'll be on the other side of the law. Serricchio is set to play a new character named Alex, a streetwise undercover officer who comes to Genoa City from the Big Apple with a big secret. A rep for the CBS soap tells TV Guide Magazine that the actor is expected to begin work in late October and will hit the air in December.
The Emmy-nominated Serricchio, who logged recent guest stints on The Client List, CSI: Miami, The Finder and Covert Affairs, has also been a regular on the hit internet soap The Bay. Is he the wave of the future at Y&R? When the soap's new production czars, exec producer Jill Farren Phelps and head writer Josh Griffith, reported for work a couple of months back, they promised to bring a vibrant Latino contingent to the show. Clearly, they're off to a great start!

* The role of Tyler Douglas has been cast by newcomer Redaric Williams. Lamon Archey is joining in the role of Mason.
