Nick sets aside his differences with Sharon, Dylan has a special gift for Nikki, and Neil surprises his family.

At Sharon's place, Faith tells her Santa isn't going to bring what she wants. Mariah observes that presents aren't going to cut it this year. Dylan arrives with gifts. They hear, "Ho Ho Ho," and Sharon opens the door to Nick dressed as Santa. Faith is thrilled and convinces him to stay. He thanks Dylan again as he leaves.

At the ranch, Victor holds a paper with Gerolamo at the top and talks on the phone. Nikki enters. "How could you do this to my son?" She rants about him accepting Joe Clark's party invitation when his development affects Dylan's business. Victor appeases her. Dylan arrives. Victor excuses himself, but listens as Nikki complains to Dylan about the miserable people behind the development plans. She says Crimson Lights is important to Nicholas too. Dylan gives her a gift - a photo of him as a kid playing baseball along with other mementos of his childhood. Nikki is moved. Dylan talks about what she means to him. "Merry Christmas, Mom." Nikki embraces him. "Merry Christmas my dear, dear son."

At the station, Noah thanks Courtney for agreeing to come to his mom's - she could use the cheer. Kevin appears - he's doing a favor for Harding. They're surprised.

At Neil's place, Lily and Hilary watch him with the kids. Cane and Lily go to the kitchen with the twins. Neil and Moses let Devon in. He makes an excuse for Gwen. Jill and Colin arrive. Colin comments on Neil and Hilary's special first Christmas as husband and wife. Hilary and Devon bicker in the kitchen about him not bringing Gwen. Hilary tells him now that Neil's on the verge of drinking, they're done. They rejoin the others and Neil alludes to a surprise. Jill and Cane get into it about Joe's development deal until Colin changes the subject - they need to go to Michael and Lauren's. Jill compliments Hilary, while Colin thanks Devon for the money. Devon warns him they're done. Neil whispers to Cane about a secret - he's been accepted into an experimental program that could cure his blindness - he wants to see what he's been missing. Later, gifts are opened and Neil sees the flame of a candle. Gifts are exchanged. While Neil's whispering with Lily, Devon asks Hilary to see her tomorrow. Neil announces he has a surprise - he reads A Christmas Story in braille.

Michael, Lauren, and Fen are ready to tuck into a holiday meal at home. They make small talk until Michael loses patience. "No more walking on eggshells." He declares the lasagna is dry and they laugh. Michael then talks about dealing with the cancer. He yells, "Cancer!" They all dance around singing and chanting the word. They make a pact not to let it rob them of their capacity for joy. Jill and Colin arrive. Jill's in a panic - they heard screaming. The Baldwins roar. Jill and Colin open champagne and Lauren gives Michael two tickets to an event in New York...next October.

Noah and Courtney arrive at Sharon's place. Noah is glad to see Nick, who worries Faith will get her hopes up. Mariah gets a call from Kevin who tells her to get over to the station - he needs her help. Later, they are exchanging gifts when Victor arrives with Faith's gift and notices Nick. They step out and Nick says he's there for Faith. Sharon asks Victor not to ruin Christmas. Victor rants but goes in and makes nice.

Mariah arrives at the station and Kevin is behind the desk. He's in a panic because Harding's pet rabbit, Roscoe, got out of his cage. Mariah howls at Harding having a pet bunny. They end up in close proximity reaching under the desk. Harding calls. Kevin worries he's a dead man. Mariah hears a noise and Kevin finds Roscoe, who they realize had babies. Kevin guesses Roscoe is a Roxy. Mariah tells him this was fun and they hug.

Mariah arrives at home as Victor's leaving. Noah tells her it was a Christmas miracle. Sharon smiles at Nick, who won't smile back.

Kevin joins the Baldwins and they all do a champagne toast.

Victor returns to the ranch, shakes Dylan's hand, and Nikki hugs Dylan goodbye.

I guess hearing Dylan call her "mom" will be the best present Nikki could receive. Now...if she would just quit drinking, she could give one just as special, back.

Wish Avery would get preggers before she dries up. That would settle Dylan down and he could have his own kid instead of his half bro's and half sis' kids.

Anybody catch HOW Constance started going down hill fast?

Sage, said she tried to get out of her wheel chair by herself and fell on the floor.

Why sure nobody who was being paid to tend to her was there they were all in G city sitting at a bar drinking a martini and adam was listening to his wife getting boinked by Billy. Poor ol' woman was left to take care of herself and now she's ready to kick. Gees, Sage, I wouldn't try to get another job as a home care giver.

In the preview Phyllis goes into her computer - this is the info she's been waiting for, Nikki drops in on Nick and he asks if she has something to show him. Devon puts a wedding ring in a bag for Hilary for Xmas.

Sage is following Adam around like a "lost puppy dog." If her job is to watch and care for Constance, some kind of "granny nanny" she turned out to be.

I still believe that there will be some connection between Sage and Adam that will come to light. Perhaps after Constance passes away, we'll find out what it is.

Devon is such a "tool." I cannot stand him or Hillary. I wish that they would "ride off into the sunset" and be written off the show. Neil deserves so much more happiness and they cannot provide it. I liked Devon back in the day but after what he did to Roxie, he has been a jerk ever since.

He needs to be thrown back in the gutter where he was found. Ingrate !

I'm very disappointed in Devon. Why the writers are taking him in this direction, I don't know. Now, obviously, Neil is going to see them acting inappropriately and will not let on that he can see for a while to really cook their goose. Now why would Devon give a married woman a ring.....engagement ring, I assume.
