It's obvious that they wanted to do another hour on the vacuum cleaner TSV. Then there was one show after that which I did not watch, and then another hour on the TSV.

Whoever this new CEO is knows nothing about the patience of his audience.

It's my understanding they haven't named a new CEO. Claire is out but there isn't a replacement yet.

Claire was the U.S. CEO at Liberty Interactive Group/QVC but QVC, Inc's CEO is still Mike George.
