Trying to remember a poster from years past who had a very dramatic story of posting on VP while watching her house burn down.. Didn't she say it was caused by a malfunctioning electric blanket?

Anyway...trying to remember her name...anyone?....anyone?

Wasn't there somebody that was posting from the emergency room too? Was that the same person?

Farley posted from her car after her house was destroyed, I thought by fire or flooding. Her husband fell thru the roof while repairing it.

I don't know if that's the same poster Tam is asking about tho.

I can't remember her name, but emergency room posting sounds familiar- she had quite a saga....

I've heard the stories of the ER poster, but not the house one. Was before my time I guess. I watched my house flood from the couch at FIL's. They kept showing it on the news because they were launching boats in to save our neighbors who didn't follow us out. Darn, I should have been a poster back then. LOL

oh I remember that. It was a heating pad that caught the recliner on fire.
