Wow! Big earthquake in So Cal

Just felt a big earthquake here in Southern California.  Started small, knew immediately it was an earthquake, and then it got bigger and bigger.  My Thomas Kincade picture was rattling against the wall and heard the shovel fall in the garage.

 

All the big ones seem to be on holiday's when I'm home from work!  

 

Hopefully everyone is safe and minimal damage.

For us in the San Fernando Valley no shaking-just rolling. No rattling , nothing fell down.Just heard on the news there are 30,000 people near epiceneter, hope everyone is OK.

My cousin lives in Vegas and she said she didn't feel it, but heard it.  She said the house started to squeak.

As I posted on another thread, We had no warning in Gardena, CA about 13 miles from downtown LA and 100 miles from the Epicenter....

 

The window blinds swayed and our grandfather clocked was moving which is scary considering it is 6 feet tall and mounted to the wall... 

 

 Definitely a rolling motion, waiting on any aftershocks...
