It's a little weird for me, but it's cake! 
So, yes, I would eat it.
Actually, I could probably eat the spider one (assuming it were gluten free, of course). I don't think I could eat the snake. 
That snake cake is very realistic looking. I would eat it if it were just a slice on my plate, but if I had to cut a piece myself, no way. I'm afraid of snakes. Don't like spiders either, but it's a fun idea for Halloween.
