Has the apartment manager gone inside her apartment to see what the hammering is all about; I would suggest it if they haven't. One would think they (mgmt) wouldn't want the walls damaged. I understand your frustration and think you have every right to complain, but also understand that you wouldn't want a run in with her. Best of luck to you.

Ford: Having lived next to obnoxious neighbors for a while a few years ago, I know how frustrating and wearing this situation must be for you. However, please don't lose sight of the fact that you are entitled to peace and quiet in your own home and should not be just putting up with this noise. It seems that, quite rightly, your manager has not disclosed the name of the previous person who complained, so I am sure would not disclose your name. Therefore, please go to your Manager and add your complaint because, believe me, for your own well-being and peace of mind you cannot put up with this situation for a long period of time. It is also good if the Manager receives a number of complaints. Please look out for your own well-being. I feel for you, and I sincerely hope this situation is soon resolved.

I can't imagine how many pictures that woman has since she has been banging for days. When I owned my townhouse I had some beautiful pieces of art and I hired a professional to hang them for me on the living room wall over the sofa. It covered a large area but it was done in one day. If I were you I would call management and tell them she is hanging pictures and perhaps they might want to pay her a visit to see exactly what she is doing. I'm glad the problem has been solved so at least you know what the banging is...hope it stops soon.
