@suzyQ3, but, but, but that isn't a reliable source.  They keep getting new information and changing the rules based on that.

@Marp, that's the reason I've given up science in favor of my own beautiful intelligence.

This apparently is happening and there seems to be nothing one can do about it.  I think everyone has the right to know if they are sitting next to someone who is covid19 positive and has to work with them for 8 hrs a day.  But, if someone is asymptomatic and feels ok there is nothing to stop that person from keeping that information to themselves.

No one who has tested positive recently should be at work regardless of whether they have symptoms.

Deceitful and potentially dangerous.

You are kinder than I am @QueenDanceALot . I would call someone who knowingly is a vector for a deadly disease and disregards other's health and safety, morally bankrupt.

I just don't think the people who are morally bankrupt and deceitful really care what anyone calls them.

Fair enough. It's sad that they are out there though.

I think they legally could be in doo doo if they had a test, It was proven they were informed of positive results, and did nothing.  You are suppose toquarantine if you are positive.  If someone became and sick, and God forbid died  think they could  legally responsible  if you knowingly have HIV, gonorrhea or any any disease like that, and do not inform your partner.  Whether  a one  night stand or otherwise, you can get into trouble if complications to the other person occur.

Re: Would you be mad if your coworker was asymptomatic but didn't tell anyone

I just told my husband about this post. Now, he isn't a lawyer, but he thinks that if someone knowingly exposed coworkers, and someone got sick and died, the person who went to work knowing they had a positive test result could be held liable and sued.

He has been working from home, but everyone who works at the company cannot. He said that if someone did that who worked for the company he works for and it was found out, they would be in trouble and possibly lose thier job.

I would regard that person as a potential murderer.
