It's going to be a very long night for the investigators, connecting the dots, and separating fact from rumor.
Unlike a fictional cop show, this case won't be closed in one hour.

you don't get mad at someone, go home and put on that get up with your s.o. and a possible third person and then go back with bombs and shoot the place up like that. there's more to the story, imo.
What they haven't said/postulated is if this was co-worker or recently fired person wanting to mow down fellow co-workers, or if it was a family member of a client who "left a meeting angry." Employees were targeted, but were they targeted by a fellow employee or by a pithed off recipient of services.

The gunmen specifically targeted the conference room, no other offices, no other floors, no one in the parking lot - I believe it's work place violence which has been planned.
I've heard one report on MSNBC say that one of the shooters was at the meeting and then returned with another shooter.
Yes, i believe it was a well planned hit on the co-workers.

This is from the Daily Beast. Not confirmed elsewhere. Please take the info with a grain of salt.
Farook was a business taxes representative for the California State Board of Equalization, according to his LinkedIn profile. He is a 2003 graduate La Sierra High School, and most recently studied finance at California State University Fullerton until 2013.
Suspect ID'd in San Bernardino Massacre as Syed Farook
Syed Farook is one of three suspected gunmen who attacked a center for the disabled, killing 14 and injuring more on Wednesday.
CORONA, CALIFORNIA — Law enforcement officials have identified Syed Farook as one of the suspected shooters who attacked a center for the disabled in San Bernardino, California, according to NBC News. The Daily Beast has learned that the police have just executed a search warrant at a Redlands, California address—an address that belongs to Farook’s family.

Lawrence O'Donnel:
LA Times reports the Farook was an EMPLOYEE of the center.

I read that one or more of the shooters was at the meeting and there was some kind of disagreement, some people left and then came back shooting.

One suspect's name is Syed Farook, sources say
Two law enforcement sources identified one of the suspects in the San Bernardino shooting as Syed Farook.
According to public records, a Syed R. Farook worked as an environmental health specialist for San Bernardino County. It's unclear whether that is the same person connected to the attack. The shooting occurred at an event for the county's public health department.
Two other federal law enforcement sources, while not revealing the name of the suspect they were referring to, said he was an American citizen.

Don't forget, we're all supposed to believe that Fort Hood was "workplace violence," too. This in SB may turn out to be that, but you don't show up 15 minutes later following a dispute in full body armor and semi-automatic weapons unless you had been giving this some serious thought for some time beforehand.

Tying into another active thread as of this writing,
"what used to be called that, is now called this....":
What used to be called 'postal'
is now called.....'Wednesday'.
I saw this on Twitter...and had to share.
