Not a chance. I read Stephen King's The Shining way back when it came out & that scared the p out of me. (The Kubrick film was a stinker; even King did not like it.) DS & BIL stayed there last summer when we had our family reunion. Redrum didn't get them (thankfully!)

I should add that was the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO

Not alone "alone." Especially not in a place where the ghost was said to do harm.

But I did once stay as one of the guests in Langtry House, one of the guest houses at Guenoc Winery. It was said to be haunted by the ghost of Llly Langtry. I did leave the bedside night on all night. No sightings.

I would! I dont watch horror movies due to the violence and gore, but I love ghost stories. As I type this, Im watching A Haunting. paranormal Witness on scyfy. They basically renact ghost stories told by people who encountered them. They are my guilty pleasures.

I would stay at a haunted house and I would probably stayawake the whole night! Lol
