I do have a few regrets but I don't let them define my life.

I neither live with guilt or regret. I made choices and stand by those choices.  Life is too short to live in guilt or regret. What good will it do?  I give thanks each day, thoughout the day for my life. Gratitude is the key to happiness.

I agree wholeheartedly.  I also give thanks each day and am extremely grateful to be alive.  I neither live with guilt or regret as well.  I've made difficult choices like everyone else and believe they were the right choices at the time and moved on.  Always be grateful and always keep moving forward.....

In most cases I'd rather live with guilt.  I don't want to hurt anyone on purpose, but I like to live by doing things and taking action rather than regret that I passed on an opportunity.

I would choose regrets as my regrets help me grow, mature as I learn lessons to move forward with more information than  I once had and allows me to become a better person on all areas.
