It's just me and my pup-empty nesters. My condo is 1600 SF, and I rarely use the loft, so housekeeping is a breeze.

I assume the personal chef would do a basic cleaning of the kitchen after meals. I can deal with the deep cleaning.

I could really see a handiman to fix, replace, paint, rearrange, and remodel. I don't have the skills , interest ,strength like replace a toilet flusher? My GFs husband felt sorry for me after months and he even had to take off the tank but not really a job necessary for a licenced plumber? Lucky I have two toilets.

A maid because I still work 6 days a week and would love the help. At the same time ; it would take getting use to someone in my home other than family and friends.

Definitely a maid. We don't need gourmet meals....I want someone to regularly clean the shower, bathrooms, wash the kitchen floor, and do all the vacuuming and dusting. If this person could be an occasional "handy person", that would be very nice too! LOL!
