No.  It would never even occur to me; I watch QVC for product information, and I need to see that or read about it in detail.

For long drives, I listen to audiobooks in my Amazon Echo/Garmin installed in my car.  It works just like my home Amazon Echo, but specifically made for the car.  It's primary use is as a GPS, but I use it to verbally answer phone calls, play radio stations (music & all news radio), and give traffic updates.  I don't even like the advertisements on the radio stations, so no shopping talk from QVC in the car.

No.   We have sirius, but when we travel together we don't even turn the radio on, never have in over 40 years.   We talk.

Only time I can corral the ball and chain to talk to me is when he can't get up and go do something. By the time I hear any news he has it's happened a week ago, so, when I got him trapped in the car I catch up. LOL
