You didn't do anything wrong. But lesson learned, don't discuss the menu with her anymore. 

We ate out with another couple over the weekend.  My DH and I had already ordered.  The couple with us ask  what the special was and when the waitress told her she said "well that's  enough for all of us. Let's share."  I told her we had ordered what we wanted.

She's always wanting to share food and if we order something she doesn't think is healthy, will always take some if we offer her a bite while saying "Oh I shouldn't." but she does.

She is a very nice person with a lot of good qualities and the good qualities outshine the others.  I'm just venting as this has gone on for years.
