Thanks for sharing. In my own way I have been purging some friends because they are too draining. Everything is a catastrophe or life shattering drama queens. I finally said enough and don't answer the phone. Sadly, the best ones have passed on too early but treasure the wonderful inspiring times we all had together.

nagrom, you sound like a very smart lady. Pulling away from people who drain you will do wonders for your health and peace of mind. Four of the dearest friends I had are gone but I will always treasure their memories.

Definitely words to live by. We should all learn and live this from a young age. Will pass this on to those much younger than me, before they waste a lot of precious time and energy.
