Wondering why HSN has an 'encore' presentation showing now

They're now in Pennsylvania, right?    QVC is still showing 'live' presentations.

Why would QVC not be live?

 

HSN is in the middle of transitioning between two locations. A full staff of host, crew and production staff may not be fully in place.
