Incredible but not terribly surprising.  Thst is how those third party sellers get the name brand merchandise they sell on Amazon.

A lets think about this. A name brand product is selling for way off retail price. It has to be counterfeit, stolen, or both. Possiblly its discontinued, a return but Amazon and Ebay can flag thses kinds of sellers.

Years ago Birkenstock removed their items bc Amazon would not stop counterfeit items.

@granddi and @chrystaltree, you're so correct. That's just one of many reasons I don't buy personal care and makeup items off of sites like Amazon and EBay.

The way our criminal system currently works, I wouldn't be surprised if she got a slap on the wrist and walked to do it about 15 more times before going to jail! Ridiculous. Am I cynical, yes I am!

It seems some are determined to turn this thread political.

Watch Ulta go out of business due to all the theft occurring in the stores. For whatever reason and I'm guessing reselling these items must be easy, shoplifting is rampant in our area Ulta stores.

And let's not forget EBay.  If it is a name brand and cheap, looking at stolen or a dupe.  Just don't go there.
