Woman Suing McDonalds over Happy Meals

I have a 9-year-old grandson who, for the last 3 years, I have been picking up after school and bringing him to my house for the weekend ... on the way home, I treat him to a double cheeseburger at McDonalds, along with fries and a drink ...

The first time we stopped, he asked for a Happy Meal ... I told him nicely that the cheeseburger was a smaller size and the toys were "junk" and I refused to pay $3.49 (I think that was the price) ...

It has been 3 years that we have been doing this ... he has never whined or even asked why he could not have a Happy Meal ... he is happy with his double cheeseburger, fries and a drink ...

This mother who is suing needs to let her child know who is boss and forget about the lawsuit ... I hope they throw her out of court ...
