What to you think about the idea of hiding a witness behind a screen for the purpose of anonymity while they are giving testimony in a "routine" case?
As a juror I think it would bother me unless I was given what IMO would be a compelling reason to hide the identity of a witness. National security, mob/gang trials and such would be an exception as I can clearly see why an identity should be protected.
