But I can't understand a single word this host is saying.......please slow down.....please...

@nana59....that might be a sign to save you some money, honey, lol.
Nothing on TV tonight, but I am watching HSN with their "Beauty and the Beast" premiere. I'm not buying anything, but I like alot of the items. Colleen looked especially pretty tonight when she was on with Heidi. I like when they do the movie premieres and have items to offer. It's different.

Must be Kersten; she has the same effect on me. She talks too fast and doesn't ennunciate clearly. Hard to believe she came from a broadcasting background. I always immediately turn her off. Leaving it on is a waste of time. I can only guess the Q Brass never listen to their own programming.

You're right! And I love Heidi's pins!

I don't necessarily need to understand what the host is saying to make a purchase. Most of the information I can find online.

I have never watched a host talk "too fast". When does this happen?
If you really can't keep up, perhaps it's time to try the Closed Caption feature on your TV. It might be very helpful. JMO

In which case why bother watching QVC... just go to Amazon and order what you need and skip the TV presentation. You sure don't need a salesperson you can't understand.

Those Closed Captions are NOT accurate. They are typed by a computer, not a human. I bought a Blue Tooth "hard-of-hearing speaker" which sits next to me on an end table. This has solved my problem of not understanding the host............

Heidi's pins are gorgeous!
I don't have problems understanding the Q hosts when they talk but evidently some posters do.

I never have trouble understanding any host. It sounds more like a hearing issue than the host talking too fast!
