Windows 7 - Windows Live Mail 2011

This is what I have and my folders are hidden, but the move to folders are there, but I cannot get the folders back where they belong. Has anyone ever had this happen to you?

I've been searching the windows live mail 2011 for answers - and I get nowhere, so I thought I'd ask here if anyone could give me any answers. This is so frustrating!
