Will purchase a new car soon, and wondering if a GPS installed in it is worth it?

I am considering a Masda(sp) all wheel drive, Honda CRV, Nissan Rogue, Ford Escape, or Toyota Rav4. I like leather seats, GPS, backup camera, Thing for blind spots, safety ( haul Grandkids), and mileage, and of course price. Any comments will be appreciated.
