Will Red Box be adversely affected by the virus?

We assumed one upside to the mess we are all in Would be the ability to indulge in lots of Red Box binge watching. DH mentioned how do they sanitize movies between users?  I think the answer is use "On Demand".

Not sure, haven't heard anything. Who wants to take a chance,

those discs and cases are dirty.

I used to get alot of movies with Red Box but over the last few

months they stopped sending me discounts so I stopped renting.

Used to get movies for like 53 cents, now I just wait for the movies

 I want to see to come to HBO.

They are still around, how much they make is probably minimal.

I didn't know Red Box still existed.  There are so many places to stream movies now and so easily too.

@patbz   might be....why risk?  Just use alternative for your movie "fix".  Yes,  "On Demand"....why not.

@patbz

From what I have read the strongest cleaner used on a DVD is alcohol.

I didn’t think RedBox was still around very much. Most people use streaming services.

If you live in a rural community, Red box boxes are everywhere (at least a dozen).  I do occasionally use On Demand and we have Prime, Netflix and HBO.
