Had/having a mixture of snow, sleet, freezing rain and are due for rain late afternoon. State keeps closing various part of highways 'cause they keep icing up!

Plus we gonna get more ice and snow 5+" to 7" Monday, Christmas Day! YUCK!

How's the weather where you are? (I'm in MA.)

Cold in Texas.  We already had our snow.  All 3 inches of it in some parts.  LOL

I know very well how the weather presents in MA; been there, bought the t-shirt.  LOL

Stay safe everyone experiencing inclement weather.

It is gray and raining here in Southern NY. Right now it's in the 40's, but it will get colder later in the day and we might get snow showers.

We got that mess Thursday nite but it left 4" of powdery snow behind.

I'm heading out today, looks like the only good travel day for a week!

Re: Wicked Weather Here

[ Edited ]

I knew you were from MA with that "wicked"...lol   I'm in MA too and it seems more like March than December with the icy rain and sleet and and stormy gray sky.  It's a day of cooking and baking for me because we do our big Christmas Eve celebration tomorrow.  Thankfully, the weather will be better tomorrow.  And then snow on Christmas Day but that's ok with me.  We can stay in, eat and watch movies and just watch the snow fall.

I look at the different states we're from and I don't envy you being from Idaho, New York or Massachusetts in winter time. One day DH and I will visit your states on our quest to see the lower 48 but it will be in the summer. I take it back -- we went to Buffalo NY from Cleveland on the way to Niagra Falls but that was in late May in '97.

@chrystaltree

Hopefully, we'll get all our "wicked" weather at once and be done with it - wishful thinking!

We celebrate Christmas Day so have rescheduled to avoid tracking thru the snow and ice!  So, will also be watching movies all day; or, perhaps playing in the snow with my furbaby, Eddy.  He LOVES the snow!!Woman LOL
