Why would anyone spend hundreds on Nutritsystem when they're selling frozen dinners buy 5 for $10 at the grocery store?

Was looking at the frozen food section and saw weight watchers, lean cuisine and other brands all on sale.

Is there a reason why someone should spend hundreds on nutrisystem to lose weight?
