Re: Why is this forum full of threads that fit in other subforums?

I am still fumbling around navigating through the new forum, so my best guess is that people are still confused on "what goes where."  Does this make sense?

I've never appreciated out of place threads. It's like the OP thinks their thread, although in the wrong forum, is an exception because it's special.

It used to be worse, believe it or not.

With a heading of Community Chat, what possibly could be a "wrong" thread? I think many of us have our own idea of what fits where - same as the former Forums - all of them - nothing changed.

When there is a list of forums that include recipes, books, tv, movies...a reasonably intelligent person should be able to figure out that their recipes, tv, movies...belong there not here.

Community Chat aka the 'old Vewpoints' is like the junk drawer of QVC forums. Everything in the free world ends up there!

maybe then this thread should have been put in the "suggestion box" category......???

i dont feel any thread is "out of place" in the community chat forum OR the former viewpoints forum. i am a "reasonably intelligent person" that likes the freedom to choose.

Some of us don't want to scroll through a bunch of misplaced threads. If we care to read recipes, celebrity gossip we go to that forum. Since we came here instead, we obviously don't.

Surely you know the difference between a suggestion and a question?

Jaxs mom...my comment was directed to OR and yes I do know the difference between a question and a suggestion. That is why I responded to ORs comment/suggestion. Your question was answered numerous times.
