Re: Why is the notifications being covered by a drop-down menu

Or am I the only one having that issue.  It has the "Shop by Category" menu with Today's Special Value & Deals New Trending Shop QVC TV covering the area where "NOTIFICATIONS" is located, so I am unable to see if there are notifications of others posting to me or whatever.

It is identical to the menu on the home page that has "Welcome".... My Account, Cart, etc.  It is on the Forums Page covering the top of my page.  What is wrong with this forum?

@Nonametoday  I just notified the moderators about the problem, now it is a wait and see game.

Re: Why is the notifications being covered by a drop-down menu

Thanks, @Lindsays Grandma -- my "notifications" area is completely covered as well. I managed to get to it briefly by trying a bunch of "going back" maneuvers on my keyboard, but have no idea what exactly I did, and can't replicate it!

It's just weird that the top of the page would be so stubbornly covered and unretrievable....

Meanwhile, apologies if anyone has tried to notify me and gotten no answer!

So far, my notification area is not covered up. I was able to see and click on Notifications as usual. 🤞

@Nonametoday -

No , it's not just you!

The sign in to the forums appears then disappears in a second.

And yes the name and notification is covered.

This is ridiculous!

I'm not having a problem seeing notifications, but my whole screen is jumping up and down for a few seconds when I tap on anything.

@Lindsays Grandma

Thank you!

It is never our computers, laptops, nor a matter of clearing cookies etc!

I emailed social team a few days ago about another of their glitches, not being able to see or sign out of the sign in and it took several back and forth-sending a screen shot, advice to clear cookies on and on so I'm glad you had the bravery to do it this time!

I can see my name and notifications.  There is nothing covering it up. I am using a Macbook and Safari browser. No problems here.
