Why is QVC AND HSN FB NOT OPEN FOR POSTING?

Why has QVC eliminated Customers ability to Post to Facebook? This is NO COMMUNITY selection and we cannot even send a PM? I have also discovered QVC has removed ALL my post previously posted asking this very question? I have also discovered HSN has blocked Facebook also? Although you can send a PM, with hopes that someone will answer?

no issues here.

i can post and see others posts and make comments.

i can send them a message in messenger.

are you sure that they didnt block you for some reason?

@Slatinte Sounds like you've been blocked.

BTW if you agreed to the rules then you know that posting the same thing on more than one forum is against the rules.

Although I'm not exactly sure what you mean, I just checked QVC on fb and there are plenty of comments on their posts.

Doesn't seem unusual or anything nefarious to me. There are plenty of ways to communicate with QVC if you choose.

@Slatinte I'm not experiencing any of what you are noting. I think you might be blocked or somehow mishandling the posting process.

Please don't duplicate your posts on the forum here. One topic area can hold your post.

I heard the QVC Facebook site was hacked and they had to take it down to rebuild it.

@Slatinte- The community page has been removed from The QVC FB ( which is different from the We love QVC page) page.

It was revamped with different features added.

ohhhhhh OK.....she was talking about the regular QVC business page on fb rather than the WE #LOVE QVC page which is more interactive.

you can still respond/comment to their posts, but you cannot create a post on the regular QVC page.

We used to be able CREATE a post and We Used be able to send a PM? There is no option to Create a post. No about commenting on an existing post. Sorry for the confusion
