you can create posts there and you can send messages via messenger to qvc.

Those features are gone, just as they are with other businesses. Please stop posting the same thing now.

No, you can't create a post, but people are now just leaving their comments under the QVC posts. And I still see an option to message QVC.

If you can't do either of those, perhaps you need to update your app or device or you are indeed blocked from the page.

Most, if not all, business PAGES on FB do not allow followers to post, only comment to their posts. That's different from a GROUP. FB continually changes things, so it might be how it is for all Pages now.
