Why doesnt Q do this? (HSN)

I never watch HSN, BUT theres nothing on tv so I was flipping the channels. I heard them say if you order 100 dollars worth of items in one 24 hr period you get 20 dollars off. Plus they have extra flex pays. (all this until the 28th I think as in for the holiday weekend). Now the 100 dollar thing does start fresh every night at midnight so that is 100 dollars spent in one day. And they have some kind of game you play that you get tickets and can win stuff. Also I see their shipping is less than Qs. I still like the way QVC looks and I like the hosts on QVC better but I think Q should have more incentives for people to shop. (I have cut down alot on buying due to what I think is a high increase in pricing/shipping recently on Q and I know I am not alone)
