I don't have a lot of humans around me, and I love to hear what is going on in the lives of others. There's a pretty swell bunch of people here with knowledge, heart, and info. It's my human contact. I skip past negatives, enough goes on in my life that I don't go towards that.

There is definitely a much wider variety of personalities here than what I come into contact with in RL. It makes things interesting for sure. I enjoy seeing the familiar ""faces"" too and reading about what they're up to. It surprises me that a few long time posters have admitted they don't recognize the posters they've been interacting with on the boards for years. For me that would limit the enjoyment of participating.

I've learned a lot of ""Useless Trivia"" here that has helped me a LOT on Trivia Night....LOL

I've also met a LOT of really nice folks....and alsolearned that there are a lot people out there that I was pretty naive about.
